Rivercross is a better run building. It’s very professionally run, and has a huge gym and pool. But the maintenance charges are much higher.
I noticed, I am just wondering if it has its finance in order with such a high maintenance cost.

Electricity and gas included in Rivercross. Not included in Island House.
