The Good Life On Roosevelt Island Association (GLORIA) is hosting a Juneteenth Freedom Celebration Saturday June 20 from 11 AM to 8 PM to commemorate the emancipation of enslaved African American people at the Rivercross Lawn. You’re invited to attend. NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani hosted a Juneteenth celebration and day of recognition at Gracie Mansion yesterday.
