Tom Delgado is a comedian, NYC tour guide and host of: … YouTube channel tomdnyc where he talks about New York, history, and the whole wide world. He also has a TV show called Walkin’ NYC on the NYC Life Channel. According to Tom Delgado’s You Tube channel: Tom Delgado interviews Stacy Horn, author of Damnation Island and Killing Fields of East New York, about the legacy of New York’s Roosevelt Island. It was used as a penitentiary and insane asylum for over 100 years and was the site of abuses and death for much of its existence. Today it is an upper middle class residential enclave.
